LocumOS Terms of Service

Welcome to LocumOS (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, purchasing, or using LocumOS (the “Program”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any related policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Program.

1. Eligibility

LocumOS is intended for licensed physicians and healthcare professionals 18 years or older.

By enrolling, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Program Access & License

Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the LocumOS materials (“Materials”) solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

Copy, share, resell, or distribute any content, templates, videos, or community materials without written consent.

Use the Materials to create derivative works or competing products.

Provide access to others, including within groups, firms, or institutions.

We reserve the right to monitor access, investigate misuse, and terminate access for violations.

3. Renewal Policy

LocumOS includes one year (365 days) of access from the date of enrollment.

After this period, continued access to updated course materials, community, and resources requires an annual renewal fee of $999. Renewal is optional but required to maintain ongoing access.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Once any course module, resource, or material has been accessed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

We encourage you to review all program details before enrolling. Exceptions may be made only in cases of duplicate billing or system error.

5. Service Guarantee

Our commitment is to provide professional guidance, mentorship, and support to help you reach your goals within the program.

Your success depends on your participation, implementation, and consistency. We do not guarantee specific results or income outcomes.

6. Community Guidelines & Conduct

All members must abide by the LocumOS community standards. By participating, you agree to:

Treat all members with professionalism and respect.

Refrain from harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or spam.

Maintain confidentiality of private discussions.

Violation of these standards may result in immediate removal from the community and revocation of all access to course materials without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, frameworks, videos, guides, and systems (including LocumOS, LocumGPS, and related trademarks) are the exclusive property of LocumOS.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Program and all related materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

The Program will meet your specific results or financial goals.

The Program will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

The information is always current or complete.

You assume all responsibility for applying the concepts, tools, and advice provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocumOS and its affiliates, contractors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Loss of income, reputation, or business opportunities.

Any claim exceeding the amount paid by you for enrollment in the Program.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply in full.

9A. Member Collaborations and Independent Relationships

LocumOS provides a platform for educational content and community interaction among physicians and healthcare professionals. Any business, financial, or professional collaborations initiated between members are conducted solely at their own discretion and risk.

LocumOS, its affiliates, instructors, and representatives assume no responsibility or liability for any agreements, partnerships, ventures, or outcomes arising from member-to-member interactions, whether business-related or otherwise.

Participants are encouraged to exercise due diligence and seek independent legal or financial counsel before entering into any collaborative arrangements.

10. Confidentiality

All proprietary materials, strategies, and discussions within LocumOS are confidential and may not be shared outside the program.

You agree not to disclose, publish, or share any course content, screenshots, or internal communications.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for:

Breach of these Terms.

Misuse or unauthorized sharing of materials.

Conduct deemed harmful to the community or brand.

Termination for cause results in immediate revocation of access without refund.

12. Payment Authorization

By enrolling, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the full program amount and any renewal fees as applicable.

You agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date billing information.

13. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising under these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania without regard to its conflict of laws.

You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration and waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial.

14. Non-Disparagement

You agree not to make or publish any statements, whether written or oral, that defame, disparage, or otherwise damage the reputation, goodwill, or standing of LocumOS, its instructors, or its affiliates.

This includes (but is not limited to) posts, reviews, or comments made on social media, forums, or any public platform.

Constructive feedback should be directed privately to [email protected], where it will be addressed in good faith.

Violation of this clause may result in immediate removal from the program and may give rise to claims for damages or injunctive relief.

15. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or within the member portal. Continued use of the Program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Disclaimer: No Financial or Tax Advice

All content, materials, discussions, and frameworks within LocumOS are provided for educational purposes only. LocumOS, its instructors, and representatives are not licensed financial advisors, CPAs, attorneys, or tax professionals. Nothing shared in the program constitutes personalized financial, legal, or tax advice.

Any concepts, strategies, or frameworks discussed are intended solely as general educational talking points for you to review and evaluate with your own licensed tax advisor, CPA, or financial strategist before taking action.

LocumOS assumes no liability for any actions taken or not taken based on the educational content provided. Participants are solely responsible for their financial and legal decisions.

18. Consent to Recording and Use of Likeness

By participating in any coaching calls, workshops, live sessions, or community activities (including the Skool platform), you acknowledge and agree that LocumOS may record, capture, or store your likeness, image, voice, video, written content, or participation.

By attending, posting, or contributing to these sessions or the community, you grant LocumOS a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, and otherwise exploit such recordings or materials — in whole or in part — for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes, in any medium now known or developed in the future. You understand that your participation is voluntary and that you will not receive compensation for the use of your likeness or content.
